All classes are CrossFit Hove workout of the day unless otherwise denoted. The open gym sessions are for experienced members only.
Monday 7-8am ,8-9am open gym.9-10am 10-11am     4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm,7-8pm.
Tuesday 7-8am ,8-9am open gym.9-10am 10-11am     4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm,7-8pm.
Wednesday 7-8am ,8-9am open gym.9-10am 10-11am 4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7pm Crossfit Wave.
Thursday  7-8am ,8-9am open gym.9-10am 10-11am   4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm,7-8pm.
Friday 7-8am ,8-9am open gym.9-10am 10-11am        4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6.30-7.30 Girevoy class
Saturday 10.00 Olympic lifting 11.00 Intern led class. 12-1.30 SPEAR Personal defense readiness class.
