Everybody whined like hell about this-I have scientific evidence that burpees prolong your lifespan.

Oh, and as for the whining: Means you found a good one. Just smirk like you know how to do . . . It was the burpees AND the running. 10 is great. Not enough to start really really slogging, but enough to hate . ..
